1. About these terms

These terms cover your use of this website and the way we quote and sell flooring. The site is run by Darrell Tedford Distributors ("we", "us") of 9206 United Dr, Austin, TX 78758. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. This site shows products and takes quote requests

You cannot buy on this website. The products, prices and photos here are for browsing. "Request a quote" sends us your details so we can confirm what is on hand and what it will cost. A quote request is not an order, and it does not reserve any material.

3. Prices, availability and quotes

• Prices and stock change often. We work to keep the site current, but a price or a product shown here may be out of date or may contain a mistake. We may correct it before we confirm a sale.
• Much of our stock is clearance, closeout and limited lots. When it is gone, it may not come back in the same lot or at the same price.
• A quote is our offer for the quantity, price and date on it. It is confirmed only when we confirm it in writing, such as an invoice, or at the counter. Quotes can expire.
• Shipping, freight, taxes, fees and installation are quoted separately unless a quote says they are included.

4. Photos and samples

Our photos show the product as it looked when we photographed it. Color, shade, texture and pattern vary between screens, production lots, and from piece to piece, and natural stone and wood vary by nature. Ask for a sample before you commit to a large order. We also suggest you buy a little extra for cuts and waste, and from a single lot, so the shade matches.

5. Buying from us

When you buy, we will give you an invoice or order confirmation. Payment, pickup, delivery and return terms for that purchase are the ones on that document and in our Returns page. If they conflict with these terms, the invoice or order confirmation controls.

6. Warranty

Products carry the manufacturer's warranty, if there is one, and we will share it with you on request. Clearance and closeout items are sold as described and may have no manufacturer warranty. Except for what the law does not allow us to exclude, we make no other warranties, express or implied, about the products or this website.

7. Using the website

Please do not:

• use the site in a way that is unlawful or that harms it, or other people's use of it
• send us false information or use someone else's name or email
• send spam, or use automated tools to copy or overload the site

8. Our content

The site's text, logos, photos and design belong to Darrell Tedford Distributors or are used with permission. You may view and print pages for your own project planning. You may not copy or reuse them for another business without our written permission.

9. Limits on our responsibility

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses from using this website, and our total liability for anything arising from the website is limited to $100. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under law that cannot be limited, and nothing limits our responsibility for a purchase beyond what the invoice and the law provide.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA. Disputes will be handled in the courts located in Travis County, Texas, unless the law requires otherwise.

11. Changes

We may change these terms. The version posted here, with its date, is the one that applies when you use the site.
